Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
During busy periods, launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and your location.
Estimated delivery time within the United States is typically 3–8 business days after shipment.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier issues, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and shipping location.
Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or when your order meets the required minimum purchase amount.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
If you notice an address mistake, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has started.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors, your mailbox, front desk, apartment office, or local post office/carrier first.
We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for help with missing or delayed packages.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item. We will review the issue and do our best to help.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
